Cookies & similar technologies

We use essential cookies to run the site. With your consent, we may use analytics/advertising cookies (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to understand usage and measure campaigns. You can accept/reject non-essential cookies via the banner and change your preferences at any time. See our Cookie Notice for details (types, durations, and how to opt out).

Who we share data with (processors)

We use trusted service providers acting on our instructions, for example:

  • Survey platform: e.g., Typeform or Google Forms (form hosting & storage)

  • Analytics / ads (consent-based): e.g., Google Analytics 4, Meta (Facebook) Pixel

  • Email / communication: e.g., MailerLite/Mailchimp or standard email hosting

  • Hosting & security: our web host/CDN, error logging

These providers may process data in the UK, EEA, and/or internationally. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) plus additional safeguards as needed.

We don’t sell your personal data.

How long we keep data

  • Survey raw data: up to 24 months, after which we may keep aggregated/anonymised summaries.

  • Prize-draw records: up to 12 months after the draw closes (for fairness/transparency).

  • Contact data (if you asked for follow-up): until you withdraw consent or after 24 months of inactivity.

  • Technical logs: typically 30–180 days, unless needed longer for security or legal reasons.

We keep data longer only where required by law or to establish/defend legal claims.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent at any time (this won’t affect prior lawful use).
To exercise rights, email [your contact email].
